My name is Bruce, and I'm from Hong Kong. My wife and I traveled to the Tohoku region of Japan primarily to see the beautiful cherry blossoms, and we arranged a special kimono experience in Kakunodate. We were lucky to find OurPhoto online, where we booked Mr. Taka Chiba as our photographer.
Since we don't speak Japanese, we explained during our initial contact that we would need to communicate using a translation app. Despite this, Mr. Chiba was incredibly helpful and explained all the photoshoot details very clearly. On the day of the shoot, the weather was perfect, and the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. He arrived with a lot of professional gear. We wore our kimonos around the streets of Kakunodate and along the Hinokinai River embankment. Even though we had to rely on a translator to communicate, he was extremely professional and took countless stunning photos of us. He helped capture some truly wonderful memories for our trip.
